I am on the downhill slope! The race is this Saturday - St.George is going to be COLD - but it beats doing a tri in the snow. Last night I thought it would be a good idea to take the family along for my run - the kids in the stroller - and dad on the bike... BAD idea! I forget that my loving husband does not like to excercise for "fun". Robyn did the same 3.2 lap last week with me - no complaits - But James - whew! I heard it the entire way leaving me with a lonely night daydreaming about the weekend to come.
